- 3If you are a foreigner without a local guarantor: get Visale in advance and attach the certificate to each application. This removes the principal risk of the lessor.
- 4Add a cover letter: who you are, why this accommodation suits you, the stability of your situation. Personal tone distinguishes you from anonymous applications.
- 5Attach certificates from previous donors (good tenant's certificate) — highly valued in France. If first lease, a certificate from the employer on the stability of the contract.
- 6Use Facile Folder (free) — this service validates your file according to the donor standard and issues a quality certificate appreciated by the agencies.
- 7Compile everything in an ordered PDF: motivation → identity → income → guarantee → attestations. Name the file to your name + property type.
