Step-by-step procedure

  2. 2Indicate the accommodation: address, rent, charges, lessor.
  3. 3The CAF calculates the help according to income, area and home — simulator on caf.fr.
  4. 4Monthly payment; update if rent or income changes.
  5. 5In case of departure — report the end of the lease to avoid overpayment.

Common mistakes
