1. Distinguish four concepts
The IAP organises health adaptations; the IAP, the lasting learning difficulties. The PPS passes through the MDPH. The AESH is a companion, not a plan.
2. Ask for an appointment
Describe the situations to the director and teacher. Ask the school doctor, the reference teacher and the MDPH procedures.
3. Record decisions and follow up
Note responsible and next meeting. For the PPS, the school monitoring team accompanies the implementation; report ineffective adaptations.
