Step-by-step procedure

- 1Find a teleconsultation: on Doctolib (teleconsultation filter), Maiia, KelDoc, or directly with your doctor. The doctor determines whether your case is suitable for teleconsultation.
- 2Make an appointment online. Before consultation, upload photos of symptoms (if applicable), Vital Card in the application.
- 3Video appointment (~20 minutes): The doctor discusses symptoms, may prescribe prescription (electronic, in application/e-mail), stop working, orientation.
- 4Refund CPAM: as a classic consultation — 70 % sector 1 (or 100 % ALD, etc.), the mutual covers the rest. Teleconsultation is paid online and is automatically refunded.
- 5Prescription: The doctor prescribed electronically, you receive in the application or in PDF. Present her in a pharmacy.
- 6Limitations: The doctor cannot do physical examination (auscultation, palpation). In case of doubt, he or she is referred to a face-to-face consultation.
- 7Not suitable for emergencies (chest pain, shortness of breath) — call 15 (SAMU) or 112.
- 8For psychology (MonPsy), teleconsultation is also possible under certain conditions.
