- 1Energy cheque: automatic payment 48 – 277 €/year in 2025 ) for households whose reference tax income is below the threshold 11 000 €/consumption unit). Received by mail in the spring; usable for gas/electricity/wood/collective bill. On chequeenergie.gouv.fr — simulate and designate the supplier.
- 2MaPrimeRenov' (since 2020): assistance with renovation work for owner-occupiers (main residence, construction >15 years). Amount depending on income and type of work (wall/roof insulation, heat pump, condensation boiler, window). Request on maprirenov.gouv.fr with a RGE artisan's estimate.
- 3MaPrimeRenov' Renovation Acceleration Course (PARCOURS): for deep renovation (gain ≥2 DPE classes), 0 % ready (eco-PTZ) + premium. Deposit only via an operator France Rénov'.
- 4EEC (Certificates of Energy Economies): premiums paid by energy suppliers (EDF, Engie, Total, etc.) for economics work. Variable amount, higher for modest households. Request via the supplier's website or France Rénov'.
- 5Eco-PTZ: loan at zero rate up to €50,000 (PARCOURS) or €7,000–30,000 (standard) for renovation. No condition of resources. Refund over 10–20 years.
- 6TVA reduced 5,5 %: automatic for renovation of housing (main residence + secondary residence), more than 2 years. The artisan applies the reduced TVA.
- 7For tenants: the MaPrimeRenov bonus is only accessible with the written consent of the owner. For donors — MaPrimeRénov' also exists for the rental park.
- 8Complementary local assistance: regional and municipal programmes. Check on france-renov.gouv.fr (nearest France Renov' space).

- Do not use the energy check — it expires on March 31 of the year following the award (duration ~14 months).
- Doing the work without RGE craftsman's quote — MaPrimeRenov' and EEC refuse payment.
- Exceeding the income threshold — MaPrimeRenov' is divided into 4 levels (Very modest / Modest / Intermediate / Superior), variable amounts.
- Forget TVA 5,5 % — the artisan can apply 20 % if not specified.
- Do not combine EEC + MaPrimeRenov' + eco-PTZ — these devices are compatible and can cover up to 90% of the work.
